ILD Teleservices They billed for services that I never ordered, and had nerve to charge me!! Internet
I never ordered the service, from this company, I was reading my phone bill wondering why it was so high, and then I saw this strange charge.
I called as soon as I seen the charge, They told me that they would credit my account and that was over two months ago, and the phone company still has not received my money back.
This month there is another charge, and again I called and they told me in so many words that they had already credited my account, I called the phone company and they had not received any credit. So again I called and man did I get another nasty operator, who informed me that I was getting on his nerves, so he said a few choice words to me and I asked to speak to the supervisor, who ended up being just as nasty and rude.
So instead of listening to them mouth off to me I just hung up the phone and guess I just have to accept my loss.
How can these kinds of companies just be able to take peoples hard earned money without any conquences. This is why they keep doing this kind of thing because they are getting away with.
What can we do? I want my money back even if it is just $20.84 it still mine and they took it with out my permission, instead of letting them have it, I can go buy 4 gallons of gas.
