 I ordered a handbag in the wrong size. I accidentally ordered a larger bag of the style I wanted so as soon as I got it, I requested a return, printed the supplied label, boxed it back up & dropped off at UPS. I went ahead & ordered the correct bag at $202 & change because I was anticipating the refund $172.38. I emailed about my refund, they want a tracking number. Huh? They sent the label they have the tracking number. How was I to know I needed it? It said print label, put on box, drop off at UPS. Nothing about keep tracking number. Not only that but the large bag I got a 10% new customer discount but on the smaller bag I was charged full price. I buy D&B once about every 7 years. I cannot afford $200 bags but these last so long that I buy them. I do not have more than 1 handbag at a time. I’m poor. I buy quality that lasts. I want my $172.38 refunded & I will buy my D&B somewhere else from now on. The 10% discount reeeled me in & boy, I paid for that. Stay away from this website!
