I signed on for a free Ipod over 2 months ago and completed 7 of the 6 offers I needed to.
I completed the extra one hoping that the last item that doesn't seem to want to come up on their website.
Anyway I wished I had read what other ripped off customers had to say about this company before I signed up.
I sent 6 inquires with no response. I don't have a phone number or a direct email to send the inquires to.
I am sure that it is not the companies but Incentiverewardcenter that is taking their time because I contated the 2 companies that have not posted and they told me that they send a reply to Incentiverewardcenter the minute they received the order.
I really hope that I hear from them soon.
I actually live about 5 minute from them. I think that I will go and see what the company looks like.
I will update this complaint as soon as I have any news.

I got the iPod by mail yesturday. I actually didn't believe it but when I woke up this morning it was still there! So I guess the moral of the story is not to get angry and just wait, wait and wait. Anyway I wonder if leaving feedback here helped me in any way because I notice that people from incentiverewardcenter (jeff) reads these complaits.

The lady (very nice by the way) said nothing about the change in my status but told m ethat it would take 5-6 weeks to get the ipod and to keep checking in the website. Well we'll see. I finally get the gift processed and they say it was sent in the mail. I couldn't bevieve it. But of course, two week later I haven't received anything so I log on again and it now says that the are processing my request and that it will take weeks for them to be able to ship it. (if they ever get around to it I will let you know!)
