I am actually very happy with the design of my site and owe that to them. I posted on this forum because I am frustrated with the length of time that it is taking for Informiv to build my site. I suppose my inexperience with the processes involved in web development has added to my frustration but to a large degree I feel like Informiv could do a much better job of staying on top of things.Over the length of the construction process Informiv has made incremental progress and continued to provide ongoing support. Since I posted to this site they have shown me new progress I was not even aware existed. ! So it looks promising to say the least. I do apologize for my original post, but I hope this is a wake up call to informiv and its employees that they need to prioritize their workload and focus on communication on behalf of other customers. I hope they keep their word and continue to build my website, only then will they regain my trust and confidence.

Informiv
would like to acknowledge responsibility for the untimely completion of this
clients project. We accept that the project has been consumed by many delays,
none of which can be attributed directly to the client.
However,
we believe the client statements herein to be wholly misconstrued as it is absolutely
incorrect to state that Informiv has taken any funds from any source with the
intention to defraud them.
Our culpability:
While we acknowledge that the sites construction has been delayed at no time have we
not continued to produce improvements to the site. There may be periods or gaps in the production that appear to indicate that we are not working on the project but these periods can be attributed to the development of the sites DB
infrastructure or delays in receiving adequate clarification of processes we may be working on at the time. These elements would not necessarily be visible to the client leading the client to believe there has been a stoppage in work.
We would hope that the client takes a moment to rephrase his/her position on the claims of fraud as these are baseless. It would be more correct to insinuate that there are or have been significant delays in the production process.
The facts:
The site itself is an extremely large enterprise solution. The project is and has has been expansive, not to mention that it is quite a complicated build. The budgets are very narrow and we are trying to work within the bounds to balance everyone's needs.
We are being accused of stealing money when in fact we have not. To the contrary we have provided the client with the following services
1. We have provided many scope and technical documents consisting of over 250,000 words. Not to mention these documents have taken on many substantial revisions leading to some of the production stops and delays.
2. We have provided full html wireframes consisting of 28 pages and the site itself has generated well over 200 pages. A simple sitemap tool such as visio would provide proof of this.
3. We have built many database driven modules to support the SaaS system with a view of completing an additional 3 substantive modules as part of the original scope.
4. We have continued to communicate on a regular basis with the client and at no time have we not made ourselves available. This is not to say that we have not slipped up and/or fallen behind on our production schedules it is just to state that we have been and will continue to be in constant contact with the client.
In summary:
Informiv is a world class leading web development and IT Company with many years of experience and thousands of satisfied customers. We believe it is very unreasonable for the client to make the statements that have been made as we have progressed and will continue to progress in an effort to deliver what was promised within the budget that was agreed. Our apologies to the client for any disruptions this has caused and we look forward to resolving the matter, resulting in the delivery of yet another world class SaaS solution sometime in the very near future.
