InternationalAward Payment Center Say I have won $15,000.00 Kansas City Missouri
They said I have won $15,000 if my name appears on the list - and it does. Says I must submit $9.00 (saving $3.00) fee, as well as answer a qualifying question. As well as saying I must sign that I understand. Says I must do these things to formalize my eligibility.
