I was looking for a company to efile my taxes. I got the internet address from, low and behold, the IRS. I did my taxes through their program, paid them $10 to efile, then the return was rejected due to transmission error. This was on Feb 27, they then proceeded to tell me that they would resubmit it due to their error.
To make a long story short this has happen four times and their customer service SUCKS THE BIG ONE! They offer no help at all. I guess the only way to get them done is to do it my self. DO NOT GIVE THE LIARS ANY MONEY, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR TAXES FILED.
