We went to a presentation by this co and were gien some vouchers for airline. After we left the vouchers turned out to be useless. We called the phone number several times but no one was ever there during business hours and we didn't ever get our messages returned. This afternoon we called and were told they were no longer in the location, we tried to ask where they were and heard that the ppl answering the phone did not know as they had moved out suddenly the night before!

We have not left the city but relocated to new spot, our company uses a marketing company to meet potential clients, there is a valid,operational phone number on those certificates explaining how to use them, that entire phone call between the marketing and consumer is fully tape recorded, they know exactly what they are promised and how it's delivered prior to arrival and confirmed again prior to the presentation, and shown how to use it before departure, any issue of the certificate is the responsibility of the outside marketing company, however, if they were problems , we would not use them over 400 times a week , every week, sometimes people are not happy, no matter what you give them.
