I’m new to all this. And am NOT savvy at all!
I had an issue getting my 3mo old laptop to connect to WiFi. After calling hp for support (being directed by my modem and router companies) I finally got help. I had to give them control of my laptop and he showed me how over half my system was STOPPED.
After 2 days of rendering control and them running systems it’s fixed. But they said it had been hacked through my isp!
And now I’m supposed to but a network protection for $249.99!! I’m currently sitting on a temporary system protection and have been told by my husbands coworkers that I don’t need it. I’ve had a gut feeling that I’m not at all sureif this is true. But I have no way of knowing the truth.
We can not afford to throw money away. If I don’t truly need this system what should I get it for?
And how do I know if it’s not a hacker who highjacked a system?! I called them for help. I called back to initiate the payment (for peace of mind protection for 5 years) but they told me “peter” was out for today and call back tomorrow.
Why wouldn’t a business office take my call and finish the payment transaction?!
So many questions I just can NOT answer with any certainty. :(

This is a fake form/report. Some is trying to damage reputaion of the company. This is a web development company not what has been stated above.
All services offered by the company are on the website. Company offer services like Web Development, Web Designing, Business Development, Online & Internet Marketing.
Kidnly remove this post ASAP. This is causing damage to companies reputaion.
