I totally regret ever dealing with Jennifer...owner of JC Media LLC. We entered into an contract for her to provide me with leads for an affiliate marketing program -of which I let her choose, to ensure her confort with being able to provide me with leads. Unfortunately prior to reveiving payment she was eager and frequent with communications, but after receiving payment was latargic at best. It is now into the third month of a 4 week contract and I have not heard from Jennifer since May 21, 2013. Our last communications are outlined as follows --and this does not even factor the missed calls that Jennifer never answered:

[Me on May 20, 2013 @ 2:15 pm] Jennifer, I have been asking for feedback from you but you keep putting me off. Why is it hard to provide an update? You were previously more responsive...what is going on with my marketing campaign?

[Me on May 21, 2013 @ 4:39 pm] I just left you a message. This is about my fourth or fifth time trying to reach you.

[Jennifer on May 21, 2013 @ 4:42 pm] Sam I texted you back last week saying that texting me several times and calling me during the week cannot happen because I'm working. we need to talk about your campaign and find a new direction

[Me on May 21, 2013 @ 5:24 pm] Jennifer what you said last Friday was "Sam I'm working. it's the middle of the day. I will call you Monday." and on Monday you did not call or respond to the message I sent to you stating "Jen...when can we talk?" You saw the campaigns I had and chose the one that you felt from your experience you could market, but that is now looking challenging I guess and reaching you has become more than difficult. I am not sure what your your expectations are but if you are telling me that I can't reach you and you are not making the effort to reach me when you say you are then what do expect from me??

[Me on May 28, 2013 @ 8:15 am] Jennifer you did not respond to the previous communication. Let's come to an understanding as I think the contract date is just about up.

[Me on July 22, 2013 @ 11:06 pm] Jennifer, I sent you an email stating that per our contract agreement the time for you to perform is now past due and I want the reimbursement outlined in the contract. What is your response to that?

Nothing worse and more unprofessional than getting no response from someone you have sent money to for a serice. TOTALLY REGRET EVER knowing JC Media...will be pursuing legal action if my money is not refunded by end of the week.
