I understand that you may have been frustrated over a deal such as this. First off, I'd like to take this opportunity to apologize if any of our previous workers or staff members were rude to you. Problems are meant to be resolved in a timely fashion and amicably. Fortunately, the previous management we had has been completely eliminated. I am part of the new management team and am going through each of these reviews online and making an attempt to clean them up. With regards to what you purchased, I am not able to bring up what it is that you purchased because your post does not even show a complete name apart from "David." If you would please contact me directly at the shop, I will be more than happy to help you. I am also willing to give you some sort of credit towards a future purchase. I would just like to set the record straight. We are under new management and we are making our customer's satisfaction our main priority.
