They posted a presale for a Squeezebox Duet back in Jan 17th 2008, I purchased for $379 and paid thru Paypal. After three emails and no response I filed a complaint with Paypal on March 18th. Still they did not ship item. April 1st I filed negative feedback but unfortunately it was past time for filing with Ebay. I called and left messages at their place of business, still no answer.
