Jeff Scott- Photography Bad Quality Photos Ruined The Holidays!!! Wrightwood California
Jeff Scott had us fooled with his kindness in the beginning but once we received our photos on a flash drive and were not satisfied with them, his response was nothing but disrespectful and rude. The photos are blurry, faded and tilted. Also, most of the photos are of the top of the head and not the faces and if it is the faces, it’s the most unflattering angle anyone could do. We asked him to fix them or give us half of our money back and all of a sudden our money became non refundable. That was never stated before! Then he started to just ignore our dissatisfaction and tried to get away with taking our money (hundreds of dollars) as well as, leaving us with less than professional quality photos. He laughed when we spoke with him as if it was a joke to him but he ruined our holiday gifts for family and took our money. This man let his huge ego and over confidence get the best of him. Worst photographer and experience we have ever had!
