First things first: This woman does business under an assumed identity. Her legal name has never been Jennifer "Malcolm" (nor Malcool as the original poster typed.) She often uses her maiden name, Jennifer McFeely, or her ex-husband's name, Petroskey.
In 2005 she was evicted from two different apartments (one was on the very same day as she was moving in!) for have an unreasonable amount of animals (20-25 cats) in her 2-br apartment. She had her son, who is allergic to pet dander, sleep in a room with 5 unfixed, spraying males (have to keep them separate until they're ready to breed, after all) and the child was frequently sent off to school reeking of cat urine. Her son often had stories of deformed, sickly kittens born at his home, and all the cats were frequently caged in the apartment. Despite her website claims claiming that she is cage-free breeder, she is really an unfit mother running a kitten mill out of her apartment to avoid searching for a real job.
Lord, I hope that since her site, jentopiacats.com , is no longer live, that means that someone has put an end to her conniving, both for the sake of the animals and the child. I hadurged the child's father, Paul, to make the appropriate calls to Child Services and/or Animal Welfare, but he said he was afraid to as she had threatened to have the building where he worked condemned.

We have finally received a refund of the money owed to us from this breeder. I would still continue to steer people away from this particular breeder as she has been caught in a terrible lie surrounding the entire ordeal! She is dishonest and I wouldn't trust her with any business deal.
