I was in search for that perfect sofa set. Could not find it anywhere. My budged was $1000.00 for a set. I went to browse Jennifer Convertables, and there it was!! That was the set I have been looking for for 12 months to put in my new home.

My fiance said it was too expensive and maybe we should keep looking. It was $2600.00, and I also thought that we should keep on searching. We went home that day and I just could not keep my mind off of that set. Dispite it was $1600.00 over my budget, I knew that was the set I have been dreaming of. So pretty, and comfy, just like a cloud. So that night before they closed, We went back and financed it.

We wanted the sofa with the FOLD OUT BED and LOVE SEAT (not the chair,) and the ottoman. About five weeks later, my mom got a phone call saying that our furniture was in, and it would be delivered on a Friday. They have the wrong phone number! So I called the store to confirm.

My parents got another phone call the night before delivery and gave me a window of time, and that I owed $400.00 upon delivery in which I did not know about, and did not have. So when I got the message from my parents, I called the store to find out why, and they said it was okay and they took care of it with my finance.

I took the day off from work UNPAID. I get a phone call asking that they could not find my house. I asked them where they were so I could give them directions. They gave me the address that they had: My parents street address, with a town name that is a half hour away from my town. They said they could not deliver it that day because I did not confirm the address. I was so mad!!

So they make another delivery date a week later on a sateray. They came and delivered the furniture and said you owe $400.00 dollars or we can not give you the furniture. I had a COW!! I called the store. Why cant they get their act togeter!! once again they took care of it. when they unpact the furniture, there was a dirt stain on the couch, and the ottoman was soaked and all full of mud. so we refused the ottoman and I was told that some one would come out and service the stain on the couch.

When the delivery people left, we found that the couch did not have the SOFA BED and the LOVESEAT was a chair. Not one part of our order was right.

It took three weeks for me to track some one down out of my busy schedual to come fix the stain on a 2600.00 set. I complained to the store. I said because they had the wrong address and could not deliver it my sofa had stains and my ottoman was destroid. The store told me that was not the cause, that happend before the furniture was wraped. YEAH OKAY!!

So The person wraping the ottoman was so dumb, they wraped it up when it was soaked and all muddy and sent it off to the buyer. HELLO!!!

AND....To top it all off, all the crap that I went through, and the money I spent, when you sit down on the couch and the chair, it makes cracking noises and sounds like it is going to break. what a expensive hunk of junk!

Now we are waiting for the ottoman to be deliverd. what else can go wrong!
