Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Several things that have happened over my employment with this company ove rthe last 2.5 years have been (And by the way, I'm also one of the SUPERVISORS):

Forced to work overtime to the tune of 16+ hours a day. My worst experience was 11 days in a row, with 4 of 11 days being 16 hour shifts. We couldn't leave or disagree or it resulted in immediate dismissal.

My wage and hours have been cut for no reason. I was removed from the building I worked in because the Manager said "I'm going to put you in a better building. Stick with me, it will be alright"

I proceeded to see my hours cut in half, and my wage, dropped $3 an hour. The shifts given to me were shifts I could not work due to school (I'm a student still). I was provided no training whatsoever at new buildings, and when there were training, it was at the rate of $8.00 per hour. For me. A supervisor.

Back in early december I received news of the passing of my granmother. I was to return to China immediately (My granpa and mom are there too, but both disabled.) to take care of funeral and will preperations. I was allowed

I came back, 14 days later, and I was stripped of my title and building, and now working again at random buildings with no training. The excuse was "it was bad timing on your part"

I guess I should've asked my granma to have her stroke 2 weeks later than she did.

Then I was told, as of today, that they don't know if there will be work for me from Jan 1st to 31st. But they're TRYING to get me something.

They gave my position to some new guy 'cuz he threatened to quit. They want me to take over my best friend's building, when he becomes property manager.

I was also told that property management told the company to make the change, but my company also told me that they didn't tell them I was on bereavement leave. So WTF did they tell them? I went to hawaii???

Don't apply for this company. they've done this to way more ppl other than me. not to mention they don't supply more than a knit vest for uniform and you'd need to go through 40 hours of training NON PAID for your licence to work, with you paying the tuition for it.

They're dishonest, unprofessional, greedy, manipulative, and don't operate AT ALL within the proper boundaries a business should to their employees. They breed no trust, faith, or loyalty with their employees.
