I found the Kelley Blue Book Value of our car and it is 2,100 Max. The street value of it here is 300. I called the Main Manager and he said it was because of our credit is the reason of the high payments of the loan but did not explain why we are buying a car worth 2,100 for 10 grand. He spit and studderd and was speechless about it. I filed a report with BBB of Kansas City,mo. Hopefully they will help get us out of this mess so we can buy from a more trusted dealership.

Okay car dealers can be "shaddy", and there is really not enough here to see how shady the dealer was. But it sounds like you need to take some responsibility for your actions as well. "..I tried to say no we couldn't afford the $300 a month car payment they looked at my hubby and sold him on the car.." - So your husband didn't listen to you instead was talked into buying the car. Not to get into the relationship side of things, but it sounds like you should be writting a Ripoff report on your husband as well. You were free at any time to walk out and not take the deal. The car may or may not be worth $10,000. But it was is probably worth more than $300. The dealer you are going to told you what you wanted to hear, that the other dealer "screwed" you and they will treat you much better. So don't fall into the same thing with this(or any other) dealer. Before you buy any used car you should research the price and get an independent mechanic to look at it BEFORE you buy it, to keep this from happening again. If the car is Reposessed you are still going to owe the balance of the loan minus what ever they sell the car for. So be very careful in just deciding to let them repo it. Also, just curious what was the details on the car, Year & Miles
