Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Jerry Wenger is a thief.  Do not do business with him.  I am a single mother with an Autistic son and he preyed on me,  He is a special kind of thief to do this to someone like me, in my opinion.  I cashed in my retirement savings because he promised that I would save THOUSANDS on my electric bill with his solar panels.

He gave me one exuse after another as to why the installation was being delayed, but always promised that he would have my project installed as some future date.  Guess what, he never installed it and stopped returning my calls, now I'm out over $50,000.  THere is a special place in hell for someoine like him.

I met Lisa Monaco through family member who was dealing with a sales woman through family members.  Lisa Monaco is not the poor single mother but the CFO of a multinational communications company.  Makes big money.  This happened in 2011.

The federal gov't and New Jersey was giving away big money.  She signed a 4 million dollar contract to build a solar farm where she would have made 11 million dollars.  She came up with $40,000 deposit to hold the equipment with the manufacture with a promise to put the down the remainder of the deposit of $400,000.

An IRS  rule 1603 tax rule given by the federal gov't.  She promised to give the required mount of $400,00. After 6 months when she couldn't raise the money and the benefits expired she wanted her money back.  The manufacturer said no and called it a restocking fee.  This was out of my hands.   I told her the company had some extra inventory and I would try and get the management of the company to build her a $40,000 system in her yard.

The management wrote her a contract based on liability and insurance but she never signed it.  I was taken sick and left the company was in the hospital and nursing home for 6 months with operations etc.  She sued the President of the company and me the saleman who sold her the original $4 million dollar system.  She admitted in a deposition she cancelled the contract. And wanted her money back.

Once again her check went to reserve her solar panels.   This is one pisst off woman who fights back unfairly because the truth hurts when you are completely wrong.  Statements like this hurts the employees of the companiers who work there.   I have completed close to 1000 solar systems.  Lisa Monaco is also a shareholder of the company she complains about and her cancellation of the sale has hurt the stock price.  But she made her profit in selling her stock prior to her law suit.
