This does not appear to qualify as a RipOff, and it even hardly seems to qualify as bad customer service.
It appears you had a brake job done 2 years ago. So now TWO years later you are calling to find out what warranty came with them. As a result you are upset that it took them 8 hours to call you back. Well it very well could have taken them 8 hours to do find paperwork from two years ago.
Here is some advise that will help you in the future. When ever you have work done on your car get something to hold the paperwork and keep it in the car. Then there will never be a question as to what the warranty is because it will be in your car. This includes every repair or maintenance item even down to things such as your oil changes.

Maybe I'm confused, but a lack of customer service is not the same as being ripped off as you claim. They would have needed to perform some work for one to be able to claim of being ripped off. If you were so upset, maybe you should have called back and asked for the Service Manager. Things do fall between the cracks. It's costs businesses alot more to capture new business than repeat business. That's a fact!

To clarify what I said.. A few years ago I did have a brake job completed. This month (Sept, 2011), is when I called them. Nothing done.

I can't understand why I sometime waste time reading some post and then waste more time typing a reply. This is one of those...
You type A ROR about something that happened "a few years ago" and didn't have anything done by the company you wrote about and say they are a rip off.
No rip off here
