Jluxe Hair Online hair company takes payments and NEVER ships items Internet
DO NOT BUY THIS HAIR!!! After following JLUXE hair on instagram, I decided to buy the hair that they were advertising. I paid $300 for a bundle of four hair. I paid via paypal and was told told that my shipping would take two weeks. The merchant claims she is in Los Angeles but the hair doesnt ship from there. After two weeks passed I finally began to read the comments under the instagram photos and noticed many women complaining that they ordered their hair months ago. Unfortunately, they were unable of getting in touch with the merchant, as she is ignoring them. Even more, she is deleting their comments and brushing them under the table as she is taking other womens money (mine) and doing the same. These women ordered hair for their childrens proms, graduation (me too) and now we were scammed out of $300. Do not buy from this merchant, they are theives, you will never recieve your product. I am now trying to see what consumer rights I have to try and get my money back, and take a legal route. If it is possible to find the person who runs the site, hopefully it is locally within the US, I and the other women who were scammed can file a class action suit, or just publicize this scam so other women do not have to lose money how we did. I repeat YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE YOUR HAIR. Its an online site that steal money with no way of contacting the merchant.

I need to also add that you can possibly fight this scam by contacting your bank!!
