I was contacted by a company called Joe Nerd through Service Magic to do a job for them. I did the first job and they asked me to do 2 more jobs in the same mall.

I did the jobs as they requested, sent the invoices as requested, and have been patient about getting paid. Two of the three invoices are now 90 days past due and the third is 60.

I have called Joe Nerd numerous times and received several different answers. They just tell me they will pay me and that the contractor that hired them has not paid them.

Now when I call them all I get is their automated system and no answer. Finally, a voice mail picks up to leave a message. But again, no response from anyone at the company.

My invoice totals are 735.40 and I would really like to get paid for these jobs. I own my own company and this is my livelihood.
