i withdraw 200.00 to 300.00 go to walgreens or rite-aid or CVS put the amount on a GREEN DOT Visa card and call them with the code and it goes into their account .. or i wire it in a ghost acct. they have promised me millions..they say my package will arrive by one of the carriers but i haven't recieved anything in a year i have spent over 8,000.00 , my sons and daughters  are so upset with me but i keep getting suckered in by these nice people . i have googled some of their other people and their cell phones are registered out of Jamaica.  I am believing now these people are scammers and prey on lonely senior citizens.

Do you know why this report is a complete waste of energy? Because the very people who need to read it, folks like you at least were before all this, never read or check out anything before they throw their money to obvious out-and-out scammers! They may well read this when they come after the fact to post their own woeful tale, but by then it's far too late.

One of these Jamaicans called us too, as he's probably called everyone in our state, and he obviously gets lucky enough times to make it all worthwhile. Its a shame that your kids didn't go to court to get conservatorship over your finances at the first sign that you can no longer be trusted to handle them.
I truly pray you have learned to hang up the phone on anyone not your own flesh and blood.
And if you have grand kids, don't fall for the old "Grandma, I'm stranded and need cash" scam either.
Anyone calls you supposedly one of your own, hang up and call them back at the number you know was theirs, or call another trusted family member if they say they're stranded elsewhere. They will trick you into divulging your grandkids or kids names and then rook you for everything you're still worth.

Indeed.  $8000 ????  How HAVE you managed to live this long ??  You're a complete IDIOT !!!!!!!  If your kids don't have you confined to a nursing home, they're as big of a fool as YOU are.

It never ceases to amaze me the stupidity of some people. They fall for this crap and then complain that the thieves prey on seniors. I'm a senior and I would never fall for this. Or the criminals prey on veterans. I'm a veteran and I would never fall for this. It is absolutely ignorant to blame every thing under the sun for your total lack of 2 live brain cells. Give me a break and turn yourself into the closest senior's home. You of all people need to be looked after!

Scam from the outset.

Sorry.  This was a scam from the outset.  It is called an "Advance Fee Scam".
Your money is gone.  You will not get it back.

Chalk it up to experience.
