Jomashop Unacceptable honoring of Gucci Watch warranty Internet

I bought a Gucci Twirl watch which supposedly had a two year warranty. After my girlfriend wore it only a few times, the actual time telling part...the watch face and dial fell out of the bracelet and was lost.
Jomashop assumed absolutely no responsbility for selling a defective produce. They did not honor their warranty and said it was up to Gucci to replace parts as they did not carry parts for watches.
When I called Gucci they said Jomashop was not an authorized seller and they would not honor their warranty. I am out $500.00 and Jomashop offered no help whatsoever. I will never buy from them again and would advise anyone else to avoid them.
