Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I purchased a vehicle for cash from Eric Jones at the Jones auto sales in Mesa in Febuary 09. I paid $5100 cash for my car. I was told at time of purchase that the car had been thru a 132 point inspection! Within one week of owning my car the transmission went out. I was stranded 120 miles from my house and had to pay a tow truck to tow my car home. I called the dealer and spoke to a Nathan Hicks who told me that I should have checked all my fluids before driving anywhere! I told him that I was told the car was in great working order and that the dealer had performed a inspection and that there was nothing wrong with the car. I was directed to call the owner, Eric Jones...He was of no help. I had a service station repair the transmission. 60 days later my plates had still not come in the mail to me and the temporary plate that the dealer had given me had expired. I called Eric Jones and he had me come in and he gave me another 45 day temporary plate..That one expired 45 days later and I had still not received my plates. The dealer gave me a dealer plate to use until they could figure out the problem. It has been 9 months since I purchased the car and I am still driving on a dealer plate. I have been told that this car never passed a emmissions test and that is why I do not have my plates. I have taken the car down twice to the dmv to try to get a positive emmissions test but it failed both times.

Erick Jones stopped returning my calls so I got in contact with the main owner, TOM JONES. He assured me that this is not how they do business and in fact it is illegal for me to be driving on a dealer plate. TO this day this problem has not been resolved. I was told when I purchased the vehicle that it was  a great car but it has been a nightmare. I have been out of pocket over $2000 in tow bills and mechanic bills. I have been told to write the better business and the attorney generals office. That is what I am going to do. BUYER BEWARE, I will never buy another used car from Jones and from now on I suggest everyone has the car inspected by mechanic before paying or signing for any used vehicle. Jones autos does not stand by there vehicles or there word.

this gang of swindlers took me for more than 10,000.00

they swindle a lot of people in any scenario. Of lies, cheats swindles. By making up phony repair diagnosis on trade ins, overstating MSRP's, refusing to honor repair claims stated in their Phony Warranty plans, bait and switches, these fat cats will do anything to little people they target because mounting a legal offense against a large Auto Dealer in AZ is a very expensive undertaking. When I traded in my well kept 2009 DTS with less than 100,000 miles, they stated it needed extensive repairs and they would send such a repair problem to auction. The 2014 F-150 with supposedly near 10,000 miles had a clear Car Fax on the paperwork they showed me, they stated the F-150 retailed for 37,000. They were selling the F-150 for 21,995 their weekly advertising special to get customers in (or so they claimed ) then when I traded the DTS in they reduced the offer stating extensive repairs were needed, and added on 3,500 or so in extended warranty, pin stripping, and auto theft window scribing. When I objected, they said the Truck should be sold for more than 30,000. The extended warranty had a 100.00 deductible after taking possession. Of the truck and having extensive repair problems due to near 12MPG after the first oil change supposedly free 100.00+++, and after NOT CORRECTING THE PROBLEM stated they needed 250.00 to diagnosis the problem.

The front seat they promised to replace was ignored after calling them and leaving written notes to Amanda the sales lady that the sales manager took over from when he apparently noticed I was not seeing well ( WAITING ON MY V. A. EYEGLASSES ) when I put my things under the tonneau cover everything was destroyed because of extensive leaking and something acidic on the bed cover they apparently never cleaned. The cost to me was near 10,000 and some things were unrecoverable.

Afger my glasses arrived I looked over the deal and saw where virtually everything the sales manager said was a lie. When I confronted his boss, he said to sue them, that is was not skin off their back that ford would be responsible. I filed a complaint with Ford, and am still awaiting a reply.

I gave up and took the truck to Earnhardt Ford, off I-10 and Ray Rd on the way to Phoenix for the next oil change and checkup, when I was still getting near 12 MPG. After driving back to Casa Grande I began to get more than 21 MPG if I drove the 75 MPH speed limit. Now I am at Earnhardt waiting on my 26,000 oil change etc.

I am still confused about what to do Regarding the jones ford-Henry brown pretense of auto dealers for those they target. I am over 70, military disabled, yet normally am aware of things when I have my glasses.

i always thought new car dealers acted with some sort of respect and were a more responsible lot than the used car dealers that line the roads. It seems times sure are changing in our country, as far as jones-brown auto dealers on Pinal age. In Casa Grande Az. They are getting in line with the current sodom Obama anti old white man government Ha ha ha.

I wonder how many people will every search scams and rip offs before dealing with the swindlers in Casa grande pretending to be reputable auto dealers. They may actually be very selective about who they target for a major swindle and some people may possible be treated with respect and dealt with fairly ( I am not among them )

a suggestion. If you are looking to get a car, avoid the jones-brown scammers in Casa Grande AZ .

God Bless and Meery Christmas
