Judge William Kent 111 Hon.Wm.Kent 111 Sold the rights of my family out for their own gain.Greedy,verbal abusers.Were bribed by my husband.Who filed fraudulent mortgage satisfactions for these two clowns. Central Islip, New York

What this Judge subjected me in my action for a divorce in Suffolk Supreme Court,C.I.N.Y.Continues to impact my life and that of my children.Especially the youngest who was six at the time that I was subjected to this abusive,woman hating,uncaring,cold, disgruntled sociopath. To say that he depraved us of our rights is an understatement. He and Mr.Deedy his law clerk I was told by my attorney "did not like our side". Gee is that not reason to recuse yourself.Assign another Judge to my case?No! Not for these two.The only ones who got the out come that they desired was Kent,Deedy,William Sweeney ESQ and my attorney Monique Genchi Mahler ESQ. Discovery was never done. My son & I were thrown out of our home that was owned free and clear. Left without a car. Threatened by this Judge on the record that if I refused to sign this ridiculous stipulation that they drew up in my absence. That Judge Kent would hold an inquest.The result of that inquest he already knew. He told me right on the record that I still have.'He would hold ME responsible for my husbands legal fees"."Which he was sure were substantial". After the above last court appearance.I wrote numerous complaint letters to the Judicial accountability board.Fired my attorney hired a new lawyer. At that time Judge Kent allowed my husband who is still my husband to file the papers himself forging Judge Kents' signature.My new counsel never even got a notice of entry. Since that time.I have not been allowed to gain entry to the New York Court system.No access to family court,court of claims supreme or even district. Who has been given the power and why? My husband whom I can't legally divorce in NY. Turns out that he has been helping out these honorable judges etc.How? Mortgage fraud.Using his filing access given to him for mortgage documents.Using it to file fake judgments against me & my kids.To not pay child support.The icing on the cake is disgustingly true. I bought a house after Kent left us homeless in 2001. Not knowing my spouse was/is a worse financial crook than Bernie Madoff. I found out he stole my deed at my closing.Gave me a deed to a non existent address.Filed a mortgage on the sellers. When this was brought to my attention in Dec.2009. I stopped paying. June 2010 he files a Les Pen dens against my 91 year old Mother & me. THIS IS ALL 100% TRUE..PROVABLE. Only the tip of the iceberg. Suffolk County Courts are run by the Mob.Crooks criminals.No Justice there..lots of Kangaroos. I love my country like I love my family.The above is like watching an internal massacre of the Constitution.

What's is Judge Wm.Kent hiding underneath that black robe? Suffolk Supreme Court Judge the Honorable William Kent lll. With the co operation of the Suffolk County Courts in Central Islip, N.Y.Assisted my con man estranged husband in screwing his family out of all of their rights and assets. Allowed ex to hide his mortgage fraud activities from me by giving ex the marital home.Throwing me and our learning disabled son age six st the time.Out in the street without a car.No health insurance.
Has been allowing my husband write file and refile divorce papers himself.Ex is not a judge.Works in used car line. After spending $50.000 in legal fees.There has been seven different index numbers filed on my action for a divorce. None of them legal all signed by my husband who is trying to make fraud real.
Long story ex took a 2nd Social Security number out on me long ago without my knowing.He then stole the proceeds from a Medical Malpractice law suit filed on behalf of myself & our oldest son.
