Ordered from this online company on June 4th, 2014. Their website replied to me, almost immeadiately, that I would receive another email with a tracking number that my item was shipped. That was suppose to happen within 5 days. I never received any emails or return phone calls.
I'm still trying to get ahold of a company rep via telephone and emails with no luck. Their customer service is terrible.
The company accessed my credit card the day after I placed my order to collect the payment.
