Doesn't make any sense at all?
Just Energy is a third party supplier that does not handle the turning
on or turning off of electricity. Call the other provider that is
listed on your invoice.

If she has a long history of paying on time and brought her account current when she got home, what reason did Just Energy give for not re-connecting her?
This doesn't seem in their best interests either....something is missing here.
Sorry about her medical problems and limited income, but no service provider can take any of that into account.
