Kaufman Chiropractic Clinic Misleading on number of visits Bothell Washington
With this place make sure you keep track of your visits and don't trust them on what they tell you. I trusted them and it cost me $60.00 and they didn't even apologize. I was told I had reached my 15 visits that the insurance company would pay but it was 16 visits that I had over several months. I was told that it was the client’s responsibility and they said they tell all clients that. They never told me that and when I asked my mother who also goes there if they told her that and she said they never told her either.
