Who or what did you hit to require the bumper being repaired? Why did you drop the trailer, etc... "3rd was for cost of bus ticket to get home 139 dolars witch they said they'd pay if i didn't abonened the truck " Did you just get on the bus and leave the truck? Trucking companies really need to be more careful about who they hire. My family is out on the roads. The ability to read and write coherently would be a good first step. Unless you can prove that you didn't cause the damage to the companies equipment, or your contract says you are not responsible for your damage to company equipment. Or you didn't just get on the bus and leave the truck and its load.... Taking damages from your check is valid..

I am sure your DAC is going to state that you failed a Breath Alcohol Test, sense you drove your truck to the home terminal, smelled like alcohol, and then blew .09 on your BAT. You drove 319 miles drunk. We are all lucky that you only lost your job. Alot worst things could have happened.
