I didn't report anything any sooner due to medical issues from the vehicle accidents I was in causing my injuries which were my main priorities at the time since they were causing hypertension/depression/high B/P from the permanent pain/migraines I was having. I was; and still am going through lots of test and treatments.
The only reason I found out about the issue about KWU/WNU was I needed more information for my lawyer handling my lawsuits recently (name, address, tuition expenses). I went on line as I remember receiving emails stating that they had changed the name of the university as well as some of my courses. When I put the name in the search engine space this website came up showing only (4) listings at that time I decided to enter my situation with everyone else and just maybe; if enough people come forward that this has happened to everyone can still get something back if not full refund.
So if I'm not with the program I believe I have good cause. After I was informed I couldn't get a refund I didn't argue any further on the phone with them as it wasn't getting me anywhere. My health was more important to me, I didn't need more added stress. I have enough to deal with.
I had the CERTIFICATION LETTER and copy of APPLICABLE WYOMING STATE STATUTES ON LICENSING: ARTICLE 4: PRIVATE SCHOOL LICENSING. ALSO A COPY OF DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION STATE OF WYOMING PRIVATE SCHOOL LICENSE (POST SECONDARY EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS)
A copy of the certification stating that the university meets the minimum standards for licensure pursuant to private schools licensing act, W.S. 21-2-401 ET. SEQ. EXPIRES ON JUNE 30, 2006 signed by the State Superintendent of Public Instruction Judy Catchpole

Why did you wait so long to file a report ?? And what good does it do, anyway, since Warren University closed down in March of this year ?? Get with the program.
