Complaint Review: Keyes Realty Company - Boynton Beach Florida

First of all, I am not a crazy woman and I do not smoke pot!  You must have me confused with your drug-addict daughter!  Secondly, I AM NOT in love with your husband!  Just because we slept together on 3 or 4 occasions after you sent him to jail does NOT mean that I'm in love with him!  Things didn't work out between us, because HE loved ME, but I didn't love HIM!  Calling me a pot head and a troll only makes you look bad because you're describing yourself!  You stole so much money and jewelry from us, you should be in prison!!!

This Phylis Greenberg is a very unstable person. She is a big pot head and fakes being ill so her mom will buy her pot. I really feel sorry for her mom. This woman lives like a pig, and smells terrible. Marlene and Bill were my neighbors and the best ones at that. Never had any problems and she even sold us our home and helped my son to buy one. Very professional person and never had any problems with her. Phyliss needs to get a life she sits home and collects and smokes pot.
Its really unreal how she can write all of these things.
She is an accident waiting to happen. She resembles a dirty troll that lives under the bridge and smells like one to.
Phyliss I know both of you and you are unstable please get some help and stop making up all these fake comments.


You know who I am I met you on several occasions and know what kind of person you are. Sooner or later you will be busted with your pot that you are buying.
 

I am letting everyone know the truth about Marlene and her family.  I can't see how anyone can get away with writing such rubbish and lies about her and her family.  I happened to know both parties involved.  I know Marlene and her family for years.  Also, I personally met the person who wrote the rubbish and was invited into her home! 

First of all, Marlene is a professional woman and will go out of her way to please you.  My family has done business with her and were very satisfied!  I would recommend her to anyone who wants knowledge and outstanding service within the real estate business.  She is not a thief, does not sell cocaine and is not anything that was written about her and her family. 

I can also tell you about the person who wrote the rubbish.  I personally met her and was able to talk with her.  She is not in her right mind.  She smells of pot (the same smell you smell at a 1970's concert).  Her hair was uncombined and she was in pajamas which had holes and dirt at the bottom.  She told me that smoking pot was the only thing that gave her relief.  She has fibromyalga among other illnesses (she told me).  She also does not put on lights in her house.  She completely flipped out when I sprayed a small bit of perfume.  She became hysterical.  Anyone could tell that this person is not mentally stable.  If you were to meet her, you would agree. 

I will testify that my comments are totally true.  The person who wrote the rubbish should be ashamed of herself and take back what she insinuated.  She is in a fantasy world.  In my opinion, she also needs professional help.

Wow I know the person who is writing all these bad things and she is a total nutcase and a drug addict. Marlene is an awesome person who is the most honest person I ever met. She is so caring and considerate and would do anything to help anyone.
Phylis was in love with her husband and tried for years to get with him. No body wants anything to do with her. Her house smells like pot and she also does not shower. She resembles a troll and smells very bad. She is a very dirty person and her home is disgusting. Marlene bought their old house, even after painting and Spackle the home wreaked from pot and cigarettes.Everything in the home was yellow and always smell even after it was clean. She collects disability and really has no problems.........well maybe mentally. Anyone who can write these bad things about such a honest person is nuts.

I was a former neightbor of this woman.  Let me say that the ONE REASON why I moved was because of her.  (We) lived in what you would consider a "wealthy" neighborhood.  High HOA maintenance, high taxes, etc.  I had a beautiful, 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home, however this woman and her antics ruined it...

Numerous times, she would tell all the details of her families' troubles to all of our neighbors, including myself.  Several times, she flirted inappropriately with me and other neighbors as well. 
The husband had an accent, possibly Russian Soviet or Croatian or some sort.  But he was constantly intoxicated, so I couldn't have a discussion with him ever.

On countless occassions, she would come running out of her house in the middle of the night screaming like a maniac, claiming that someone was after her, simply trying to draw attention.  There wasn't one week that went by without seeing three or four cop cars parked out in front of the home.  Screaming, yelling, glass-breaking, as well as death threats were constantly going on.

All of the surrounding neighbors were sick and tired of that house degrading the integrity of the neighborhood.  It was always unclear what she and her husband (did) for a living.  Rumors around the neighborhood were that they sold cocaine and crack rocks. 

I couldn't stand that house.  I had the worst feeling in the world when I had to drive by that house every day to get to mine.  Needless-to-say, we sold our house and moved a few miles away.  My wife and I are happy to be away from them.

There is a mother and daughter who I sold them a property in Delray. The value of the property went real down.
The daughter is a pothead and a complete nut case. The mom pays for everything even her drugs. This women was in love with my husband and was doing everything to ruin my name.
I really don't appreciate the lies and feel sorry they have to say things that are untrue.
 If this was true and they reported me to the police then why was I never prosecuted. These are all lies. I don't do drugs and never did.

I was ripped off by this moron as well.  I wanted to buy jewelry that she and her her husband were selling out of her garage.  Little did I know that she was selling stolen goods!  I knew something didn't smell right!
