I am one of the thousands of unemployed here in the of ohio, so i was very excited when i FINALLY got a position with Keystone International. I started around christmas and thought that it would at the very least i'd be able to make enough to cover my bills. It has now been 3 weeks and i have yet to see a paycheck!
I I don't drive and need to buy an all-day bus pass to get to work and back ($5 a day). I was to get my first check last Tuesday and was told by the president of the company that it had accidently got mailed- inconvienent yes but i thought that i'd have it in a day or two. It's been a week and nothing! The U.S. postal system is not that slow.
I answered the ad on craigslist thinking it was "customer service" position, but then realized that it was actually "cold sales" ( not something i am very comfortable with, but i needed a job). It has been an up hill battle to find a job that pays enough to cover my bills and (for whatever reasons) this company does not seem to understand that i need what money i've earned. It is unacceptable to give people the run around in this day and age when it comes to their paychecks!
