Kimberly Orange-Lay Sold me a Yorkie puppy for 2250.00 and he got sick within a week. 2 vet bills later for over 1300.00 I returned him to KY and she said she would vet him, cause the vets in pittsburgh, PA were stupid, and he died while in heel care. Then she told me she was going to replace him, and when I finally pushed to get a replacement puppy she became abusive and has refused to talk to me to work this out. Lebanon KENTUCKY

On 12/2/15 I contacted Kimberly Orange-Lay about purchasing a Yorkie puppy. Price was stated to be 2250.00. Sent her a 500.00 deposit on 12/3/15. Another 1000.00 on 12/13.15. On 2/3/16 we met in Cincinnati Ohio per her day, time, and location, and was almost an hour late arriving. I paid the balance in cash. Went to vet on 2/21 with lethargic puppy. Given antibiotics and tummy med school for almost 500.00. Second trip to vet 3/3/16 at midnight. 850.00 later same meds. 3/4/16 Kimberly agreed to take him back and vet him as pittsburgh veterinarianso are stupid to quote her. She picked him up in Lexington per her day and time and location and was again very late. On 3/8/16 3 days after taking my puppy back into her care, after she said my vet bills of in excess of 1300.00 were worthless, she finally took him to her vet on 3/9/16. He was there for several days, released the following week back into her care. She texted me from work and said the puppy was in low blood sugar as told to her by her husband. Husband gave sugar water and he was responding. On 3/18 I was told he died while she was sleeping, she never gave me his registration papers, and she has said she had a necropolis done. Supposedly he died of bacterial pneumonia and the antibiotics that were given, clavamox, we're the correct treatment. On 4/2./15 she offered me another puppy. On 6/23/16 she told me him mom was in heat. 7/31/16 she is pregnant. No notification and an 8/27/16 I messaged her and asked what was up. She became abusive and said " I only offered you another puppy because I felt sorry for you." She has since refused conversation. I have filed a report on the Facebook group breeder reviews of bad transactions and have been contacted by several persons who bought sick or pups that have been misrepresented. I am also filing with the Marion KY small claims court, KY attorney general's office, The KY animal control officer, The KY BBC and on this forum. I am trying to find others who have lost money to her for a class action suit. I want proof of ALL allegations in the above statement by YVONNE REESE MEDORS. All of this is HEARSAY! Yvonne you just admitted to STALKING me at my own home! I will post pics of my home. It is GORGEOUS! You are a LIAR and now an admitted STALKER! I offered you MANY remedies because we had been friends on Facebook for many years. Not because I did anything wrong! Chevy died of PNEUMONIA! Not something a breeder covers NOR is responsible! All you wanted was MONEY! That was NEVER our agreement! You stated you did not want another puppy from me. I stated in court I have NEVER sold a dog that died of sickness! SOLD! Of course breeders lose puppies now and again! YOU ARE GUILTY OF LIBEL AND DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER. NOW STALKING!!!

I was raised if you give your word you stand by it. Well I proved that multiple times as late as September 2016 that she was going to give me another puppy, we'll that never hapoened. So 1. Yes, I lost the court case, But she is now in the system. When I first called the Marion co. Court system they asked her name and said she had not been filed agaunst. Well now she has and the next time someone files gains her it will show she continues to lie and steal from people at the sake of her innocent puppies. 2. Please contact me if you are reading this and want someone to testify or help going against her. I am here for you. [email protected]. 3. There is a group on facebook devoted to stopping her. As well as multiple stories from her buyers and their horror storiespecially. 4. I was told from the very first letter that I ever bread, if someone has a problem take care of it as fast as you can that one person with a story against you can do a lot of harm. In the small world of Yorkie sales on Facebook we are already proving that we can eliminate quite a few of her sales and cause people to think twice about purchasing from her. 5. From the first litter of puppies I raised over 30 years ago I was told make sure that if someone had a problem with a puppy they purchased take care of it as fast as you could. That one happy customer can do a lot more good for you and a bad report from a customer can do a lot of damage. After seeing the area that she lives in a very economically depressed area I can see why every penny is so important to her. That still doesn't make it right if you tell someone you're going to do something you were supposed to do it. 6. I didn't have a lawyer while she paid a lot of money for a lawyer. And I do believe that that is the reason why she won. I had already lost almost $4,000 to this woman I could not in good conscience lose another thousand dollars on a lawyer when I was told by the lawyer that I hired in the beginning I had a 50-50 chance of winning. I went to court I prove that she's a liar . 7. She told the judge under oath that she's been in business for 7 years. That she has had 40 puppies and the only puppy that ever died was my puppy. When I can prove that she lost an entire litter of puppies for I believe in August of 2016. She also lost a teeny-tiny that she was Raising and was going to keep. So that is 5 puppies out of 40 that's a very bad percentage of went of live/die. It all boils down to the fact that money is more important to her than the happiness of her customers and the health of her puppies. Please contact me if you have any questions at all. Overall I'm very happy with having gone the court route. She had no intentions of ever giving me another puppy. It cost her money for a lawyer. I got to see her house and her neighborhood. I even drove by her house to see where she lived. It is nothing to brag about. I have seen and heard many stories from people that have bought from her. From puppies that have had bugs and hair loss luxating patellas lost eyes due to a infections and even one woman who filed on Ripoff Report how she bought a $3,000 stud dog that was sterile. Does this sound like a reputable breeder to you all I have to do is put down and people's mind and caused her to lose a couple sales and I know that I have one. Just the fact that you're taking good time to read what has been posted about her is surely enough to convince you not to buy from her I sure wish I would have typed her name into Google I would have definitely have saved myself $4,000. A little bit of doubt some money on a lawyer it was all worth it in the end Kimberly orange lay you still lost
