Kimpco Auto Sales Rip Off Artist. Sells junk cars for top dollar and they go dead the next day. The money that you paid down does not get refunded. Alexander City, Alabama
Major rip off artist. Do not purchase a vehicle from Kimpco Auto Sales. It should be called Kimpco's Junk Yard Auto Sales. I paid $1000 down on a vehicle priced at nearly $10,000 after financing. The vehicle went dead the very next day, but the dealer would not refund the money. His partner gave us another vehicle to replace the one that went dead, but it was priced even higher and was not worth it. It was not clean, had dents in the vehicle, had a broken taillight, the window would not let up and down, no cold air, and a scratch on the front windshield. For a vehicle to be priced that high, it should not need any work.
I needed a good reliable family vehicle for my kids to be safely transported, and to have reliable transportation to my job. But now I'm out $1000 and back to our truck that doesn't have enough room for my family. I took the vehicle back and said better to be out $1000 than $10,000.
Don't shop here unless you want ripped off.

Kimpco does not ripoff anyone! The reason your finance charges are so high is because your credit is horrible!!! Buy atleast they got you financed!! Most places would turn you around out the door and say go to an in house financing place! The owner here gives down payments back if something unfortunate happens to the vehicle and you are respectful about the sitiuation, even though he is not entitled by LAW to give you ANYTHING back. Don't believe me? Look it up. Before you buy any vehicle , you have the right to take that vehicle anywhere you want and have a 5 point inspection done before you sign anything! We check our vehicles out thoroughly, but these are also USED and it's RISKY, you can never tell!! BUT, YOU ALSO SIGNED A PAPER WITH BIG WORDS SAYING "AS IS NO WARRANTY" But WARRANTYS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE!!! WE can not help some people's bad decisions, but we are a very considerate car business! This claim is completely nonsense and anyone that has known kimpco auto sales for awhile will know that I tell the truth!! YOUR ONE RIPOFF REPORT IS NOTHING BUT A FIB AND DID NOTHING BUT MAKE YOU LOOK REDICULOUS AND IMMATURE!
