I did not get a bill for November, 2007 and when I called to find out why they

told me that I had 1 day to pay the $10.00 owed electronically to avoid late charges but the transaction would cost me an additional $7.00. I asked why I would have to pay for something that was not my fault or in my control. Their reply was it was their policy and being on a fixed income, (social security)

I did not have the extra money at the time because of the great cost of heat and groceries these days, my money was all spent trying to take care of me and my minor son through a very difficult winter. I now have a minimum charge of $40.00 on my new bill that I can not afford since Christmas is so close and what little money I get has been spent trying to make a little boy somewhat happy with a few things under the tree. I normally payed $10.00 a month on my bill because that was what I could afford, even though I payed more to them in the long run. I also have payed off past bills with them in good standing. I feel that they must have new personell with poor bussiness ethics working for them now. I will never buy from them again. I can and will no longer trust them. Gerald, So Gardiner, ME
