On 12-17-09 I purchased a Sony Playstation 2 from the Burlington wa. Kmart.I wrapped it as a Christmas gift for my husband.On Christmas morning after he opened the box he told me the controller was missing, the box said it was to have a controller.   We called the store to find out about returning the system because it was missing the controller.The manager told us he WOULD NOT help us,he actually said those words. My husband told the manager the security tape was not on the box proving it was opened and asked it they would replace just the controller,again the answer was NO.  Before anyone asks this,no I didnt notice the broken seal,I have never bought something like this before. The 1 866 people were great and told us to go down to the store and call them back when we were there.  The manager still said no while I was on the phone w/customer service. Tryed calling the Sears customer service and they said that it was a Sony issue.Sony said it was a Kmart issue.

So I have spent  the money on a game system am out the controller and no one gives a crap.
