Knick of Time (KoT) is primarily a Facebook vendor ... but, they do have a website also. The contact page on their website also shows what appears to be a Colombian phone number (57 866 225 146).
Primary M.O. -- KoT displays attractive looking watches on Facebook ads ... but, then fail to deliver 'purchased' product(s) to the consumer.
Case in point -- I purchased one watch and paid postage on a second 'Free - Giveaway' watch from KoT ... on 30 September 2016. Today's date is 23 December ... and still NO WATCHES! Nothing! Nada! Zip!
I have e-mailed the company multiple times ... requesting updates on the status of my order. To date, I have received one reply back from someone named "Jane Magno" ([email protected]) ... who wrote back on 14 November 2016 and gave me some lame excuse about how "my order was lost in shipment" ... and that "the items were reordered and a shipment tracking code would be forwarded shortly." Uh, that was the last word I have ever received from this company (and I use that term sarcastically!).
I have continued to send e-mails to "Jane Magno" ... requesting status updates on my order: ZERO REPLIES!
I have written unfavorable (while maintaining a professional tone) on a number of KoT product postings on Facebook. However, KoT has now deleted all those unfavorable comments (as if they never existed) ... AND they have also 'blocked' me from posting on any of their postings in the future. THESE GUYS ARE COMPLETE WEASELS.
I have requested a REFUND ($45.55) ... multiple times ... and all requests have gone unanswered -- just like all the other e-mail correspondence.
I paid for my purchase through PayPal. As such, I have notified PayPal that this vendor HAS NOT provided me with the merchandise I purchased on 30 September. PayPal is set to contact this vendor on 30 December and request a refund in full.
BOTTOM LINE: FOLKS --- Stay away from this clown operation. It's a scam ... it's a fraud ... it's not a reputable company that you would want to be doing business with. Save your money! RUN AWAY! Disregard this company's postings on Facebook -- they will rip you off!
