KTI*MODERNSKIN DELIGHT REFUSED TO REFUND $89.95 TO MY CREDIT CARD SANTA ANA California
I ordered a free sample of a cream for the shipping fee of $4.95 and also eye cream for the shipping fee of $0.99.
I received the free sample of the cream, but never received the eye cream.
I was checking my credit card statement and saw a charge for $89.95!
I immediately called them and they refused to refund my money!
They did cancel my account; however, I do not recall seeing anything about paying the amount of $89.95 if I did not contact them before a certain time.
I am a senior on a fixed income and I cannot afford to just throw away that amount of money.
