LA Design and Coding William Franklin SCAMMED our company out of money to help tweak design on ecommerce site. Los Angeles, California
Had contract to do work with "William". Contract stated three day turn around; three weeks later, nothing. Constantly had excuses about computer crashing, losing passwords, etc. Said everyday, "I will send you what I have done" then no response. Now my company has to pay someone else to do work on ecommerce site, and lost three weeks of our prime shopping season. Buyer beware.
