First of all you should of never been sold any trimax or supplements except for vitamax or calcium. The trimax, FB, Carb enders. Celluway specifically state to employees those with diabetes cannot be sold these items. I was a store manager then moved up to a higher position in the company. I know these things for a fact. So you know, even if an employee finds you were sold something you shouldn't of been sold, LA weight loss doesn't want you to know (especially if they need to meet weekly revenue). I found in several of my stores people with certain health conditions were sold supps and bars that could potentially hurt their health. I would inform these clients and give them credits or have them call customer service. If you were sold something that you should not of been sold due to health, they have to refund you. That was the policy, however counselors or management will not tell you, because it comes off their weekly commissioned revenue. You need to call customer service or consult a lawyer on this issue. This is a horribel unethical company who does not care about your weight loss! They are not weight counselors they are salesman. They are taught in training that you must sell full programs and "A" packeage Lites to help the customer commit and save them money! HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! I found people who lost weight faster were those who opted not to do the lites. But we had to do everything in our power to sell, sell, sell! If not you will get fired! I came to my senses and quit after about eight months. I never pushed packages of lites or supplements. Sometimes they were bought sometimes not. When I was told I must bring in $3000 a week revenue, I was dumfounded. It was no longer about the customer, but about the money. Of course a business needs to survive, especially when you pay your Divisional managers and up six figure incomes and even some lower ranking positions because they new how to sell. We were told to be like these people. But if you ask the customers in thier stores, they will tell you they feel like they are always under pressure.
