On 2/26/07 I ordered two polos from this web site. They arrived on 3/12. I immediately realized I needed to exchange the size.
According to the "easy return" policy provided in the order, I was to e-mail the customer service and they would send me an RMA#. They also had a two week window to return items.
I did this on 3/13 and received a communication that stated I would be contacted within 48 hours. I waited but no contact so I e-mailed them again with the same results.
Because of the two week return policy and no answer from customer service, I sent the two shirts back to the address on the receipt enclosed in the order(3/19 ,insured mail)asking for a refund.
On 4/17 I received that package back with "UNKNOWN ADDRESS" written on the package. I then e-mailed the customer service again stating that I was confused about the address on the receipt. I wondered what was going on.
They informed me that the address was right but they did not accept any package without a RMA#. They have already received payment from the credit card and I'm stuck with 2 shirts I do not want.
