I have been charged for power I am not using. I have a time lapse video Showing my meter spin backwards for over 15 minutes but the number still tick UP. Additionally, when I opted out of their smart meter my usage and bill almost immediately dropped in half. Even though I’ve tripled the number of appliances in my house.
