The claimant contacted our company on a Sunday for a quote on auto insurance. We then ran various reports to find out the claimants driving record, insurance score, etc. We gave the quote based on those reports. The claimant did not disclose additional operators that were in the household which raised the rate. The claimant was referred to us as she needed coverage to buy her car on a Sunday when other companies are closed. All of our services and fees are given the the client in writing and were signed by the claimant. Any time a client is not happy with our services we consider a full refund. Our company has an A+ rating with the BBB.
