As requested (via a recorded Internet chat with a LAPTOPS DIRECT ENTERPRISE LIMITED employee), I payed $668 for a laptop computer(Sony VAIO VGN-FW465J/B), which included Next Day Shipping $18.95, plus a western union fee of $64 on Thursday September 10, 2009. ' LAPTOPS DIRECT ENTERPRISE LIMITED increased the price of the laptop after I made the payment telling me that the delivery company made a extra charge of $330 tax and that I was responsible for it. I asked them for explanation of why they didn't inform me before and they said "see you have to understand that we did not inform you about this only because we did not know about it". I asked for my money back but they refuse any refund and still requested more money. I spoke with the CEO "Bello Anthony Moruf and he still refuse to give me a refund or take responsibility for their errors, demanding more money. I'm requesting from LAPTOPS DIRECT ENTERPRISE LIMITED a full refund of a laptop computer(Sony VAIO VGN-FW465J/B) $668, which includes Next Day Shipping $18.95, + western union fee $64.

I bought a laptop at LAPTOPS DIRECT ENTERPRISE LIMITED then they increased the price of the laptop after I made the payment.
