MY NAME IS M.R. FROM LAS VEGAS AND I'M ALSO A EX-BUYER OF 2008 SKEETER BASS BOAT FROM SKEETER DEALER IN HENDERSON-NV ''LAS VEGAS MARINE INC'' , AND BECAUSE OF AN ACCIDENT THAT I HAD AT LAKE MEAD-NV 2 MONTHS AGO I LEFT MY BOAT TO THE UPPER MENTIONED DEALER FOR REPAIR OF SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGES AT THE DEALER REQUEST THAT THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT AND NECESSARY STEPS TO BE FIXED.. WE WAIT ON THIS REPAIR START BECAUSE MY INSURANCE COMPANY PAID FOR THIS ESTIMATED DAMAGE REPAIR AROUND 08/07/2008, SO THE REPAIR SHOP WANT IT TO SEE THE MONEY FIRST BEFORE EVEN START THEIR JOB, WHICH I NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT THAT.. I PAID THE REPAIR SHOP IN FULL AMOUNT OF 12635 USD ON 08/09/2008 WHICH REPRESENT FIBERGLASS/ENGINE LOWER PART REPAIR.. MY COMPLAIN IT IS TO BRING IN YOUR ATTENTION THE OVER CHARGES EXPENCES AND VERBAL PROFANITY USED BY THIS DEALER/COMPANY Mr.MARCUS AND HIS FATHER PRESENT AT OUR CONVERSATION WITH ME AS A CUSTOMER WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT THEY CHARGED ME FOR SOMETHING THAT NEVER BEEN DONE.. THEIR AFFIRMATION WAS THAT : ''WHY DO I CARE BECAUSE MY INSURANCE PAID FOR THIS REPAIR AND THOSE ARE NOT MY MONEY''.. I ALSO FOUND THAT THE ESTIMATE REPAIRING SHEET WHICH WAS GIVEN TO ME WITH THIS AMOUNT OF 12635 USD WAS OVER EVALUATED AND THEY INTRODUCED VARIOUS WORK CHARGES THAT NEVER TOOK PLACE, LIKE REMOVE OUTBOARD ENGINE FROM THE BOAT, AND REINSTALL ENGINE AND WIRING HARNESS ON THE BOAT BACK FOR AMOUT OF 1500 USD WHICH WAS INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF 12635 USD.. I ALSO FOUND OVERCHARGES IN FIBERGLASS REPAIR AFTER MY RESEARCH ON THE MARKET.. EVEN IF THE INSURANCE COMPANY COVERED THIS EXPENCESS I WANT PERSONALY TO SEE HOW HONEST THIS GUY IS AND IF I CAN TRUST HIM IN WHAT KIND OF PARTS WILL BE REPLACED BACK ON MY BOAT FOR THE 12635 USD THAT HE RECEIVED.. I PERSONALY FIND OUT ON THE WEB THAT OUT THERE ARE VARIOUS RETAILERS WHICH SELLS YAMAHA PARTS, BUT THOSE ARE NOT GENUINE PARTS AND THEREFOR ARE LESS EXPENSIVE THEN ORIGINAL PARTS, SO I WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT I WILL NOT BE FOUL BY THIS DEALER PLACE.. AFTER HE RECEIVED MY MONEY WHICH IN THE FIRST PLACE I HAD A HESITATION TO PAID HIM IN FULL FOR THIS REPAIR, BUT HE INSISTED THAT HE REQUIRE WHOLE AMOUNT.. NOW BECAUSE OF OUR ARGUMENT FROM 09/02/08 WHERE THEY HAVE BEEN VERY UPSET BECAUSE I WAS INVESTIGATING MY SELF ALL THIS, THEY SAID THAT THEY WILL TAKE MY F**CKING ENGINE OFF FOR 1500 USD & F**CK MY BOAT,ETC.. I IMAGINE THAT IF THEY F**CK MY BOAT WHICH ORIGINALY PAID FOR 37,OOO.00 USD BACK IN APRIL 2008, THEN WHAT KIND OF RESPECT THEY HAVE FOR YOUR MONEY AS WELL.. VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR AND ATTITUDE THAT IS WHAT I'VE EXPERIENCED MY SELF WITH THIS PEOPLE.. THEY HAVE FORGOTTEN COMPLETELY THAT I WAS THE CUSTOMER, AND JUST PAID THEM 12635 USD AT THAT POINT.. MY BOAT WAS STANDING IN THEIR SHOP FOR 2 WEEKS AFTER THEY RECEIVE MY MONEY AND DID NOT EVEN ORDER THE NECESSARY PARTS TO BE REPLACED BACK ON MY YAMAHA OUTBOARD ENGINE, WHICH TAKES NOT EVEN MORE THEN 10 MINUTES TO ORDER THEM..

THE LOWER PART OF MY YAMAHA ENGINE WAS DAMAGED IN MY ACCIDENT AND THE COST OF THAT WAS ESTIMATED AT 4825 USD.FROM THE TOTAL AMOUT.. BUT THEY SAID THAT THE UPPER PART WHICH IS ACTUALY THE WHOLE ENGINE HELD ON THE BACK OF THE BOAT, IT IS NOTHING WRONG WITH AND THEY DECIDED THAT THIS OPERATION WILL NO LONGER BE NECESSARY, AND THE BOAT WENT LIKE THAT IN TO THE FIBERGLASS REPAIR SHOP.. SO THAT IS WHY I ASKED THEM TO REIMBURSE ME BACK WITH THAT CHARGES OF 1500 USD BECAUSE THIS JOB WILL NOT BE NECESSARY ANY MORE, SO THEY REFUSED.. THE FIBERGALSS BOAT REPAIR WAS CONTRACTED BY LAS VEGAS MARINE INC, AND MR.MARCUS ALSO REFUSED ME WITH ANY FIBERGLASS DETAILS REPAIR SHOP AND PHONE NUMBER OF THAT PATRY; THE AMOUNT THAT THEY WILL PAY ON MY BEHALF FOR THIS JOB,ETC.. I EXPERIENCE A VERY UNPLEASANT DISPUTE AND CONVERSATION WITH THIS PEOPLE WHICH REPRESENT A PUBLIC BUSINESS.. AND THE MAIN REASON THAT I HAVE DECIDED TO MADE THIS COMPLAIN IT IS THAT MARCUS'S FATHER WENT OUTSIDE OF THEIR'S SHOP WHILE MARCUS AND I HAD THIS UNPLEASANT CONVERSATION WHERE MY BRAND NEW DODGE RAM 2008 WAS STANDING AND HIS FATHER STAB MY RIGHT FRONT TIRE WITH A VERY SHARP OBJECT, BECAUSE OF MY COMPLAIN.. I WAS FORCED TO BUY OTHER TIRE TODAY AND REPLACED THE STABED ONE BECAUSE IT CLOULD NOT BE PATCHED.. I WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERY CONSUMER INTERESTED TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LAS VEGAS MARINE INC DEALER KNOWS WHAT KIND OF ''BUSINESS'' THIS LAS VEGAS MARINE INC, HENDERSON, NV IT IS DOING..

I TOLD THEM TO GIVE ME BACK MY 12635 USD AND I WILL GO IN DIFERENT PLACE TO FIX MY BOAT, BUT THEY REFUSED THAT AS WELL..

I ALSO WANT TO MENTION THAT MY BOAT IT IS STIL ON THE REPAIRING PROCESS AND I DO NOT KNOW HOW MUCH IT WILL TAKE TO BE FIXED.. ON 08/09/2008 WHEN I GIVE THEM THE 12635 USD THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WILL TAKE APROX 3 WEEKS.. I'M VERY UPSET, AND I DON'T THINK THIS IS FAIR..

I HOPE BY REPORTING THIS IT MIGHT PREVENT OTHERS TO GO THERE AND RECEIVE THE SAME TRATEMENT..

I am the service manager of another dealership that this person had a problem with. Our own investigation and personal experience with this individual proves that he is nearly impossible to satisfy. After Las Vegas Marine finished their work with this boat, it was brought to my dealership for inspection. It was immediately evident that this customer seeks problems rather than works to solve them. As is the case with any business, consumers are collectively the engine that keeps us running. As with an engine, sometimes parts do not work the way we would like them to. This consumer would fit that example...
