NO REFUND GIVEN when pounds of laundry under MINIMUM PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS but CHARGES extra when pounds of laundry OVER minimum payment. LAUNDRY POUND LOTTERY unless customer weights laundry beforehand. Most households do not have laundry scales. Everyone is RIPPED OFF when laundry weights under the MINIMUM. CHARGE is very reasonable $1 per pound. Your bank or credit CARD is CHARGED the fee. HOWEVER if customer laundry pound do not match minimum payment amount then CUSTOMER LOSES LOTS OF MONEY $$$$$$$. Becareful to weight your laundry to meet and match minimum payment to KEEP YOUR CASH. . ...I am a REAL CUSTOMER pick up with deliver services who discovered policy clarity when trying to place another order. I was told my balance $0 zero DOLLARS since COMPANYS KEEPS THE DIFFERENCE of pound overpayment. Minimum order payment vary by area zipcode. My area minmum payment $50 and I only sent a few pounds of laundry thinking the minimum payment would cover another next time order. I feel like such a stupid idiot so buyer beware even8 applies to laundromat laundry services. MINIMUM payment is ACTUALLY order charge regardless of weight of laundry so if you send 2 pounds order is same price even if you send 39 pounds. Great deal for policy wise customer. Advise to use service when laundry pounds equals minimum payment. The company will continue to GET RICH on fools like me. PLEASE WASH CAREFULLY.
