I received call from them saying they could help avoid foreclosure, I had my house up for short sale and my Realtor had received 2 asking price offers then I spoke with Rudy Sardina who took my financials and said I qualified for the OBAMA HAMP program, they charged me $2500, he said he could get my interest lowered between 2-4% for a payment of 500-900. Now $2500 later, my only offer was for a forebearance with $3200 down and my normal payment of 1632 mth, I did not need to pay 2500 for someone to do forebearance, I did that on my own 2 yrs prior when I first got divorced. My lender denied the HAMP mod as they said my income did not qualify for the HAMP program but Rudy Sardina(their #1 salesman apparently) told me I did and nothing has changed with my income, Rudy took my financials,said the board accepted my case and could help me and took my money and they never even stopped the foreclosure preceedings!!. I told my contact- Michelle Jones the loss mitigation negotiator who worked on my case that I was unhappy and got absolutely nowhere, spent 2500 and am worse off now than before Rudy first called me. This office is not here to help, they take your money only, they did not even attempt to make it right by refunding my money. I have contacted them daily wanting a refund, they ignore me, I filed a complaint with the BBB and they refuse to answere them also. I now have filed a complaint with the Florida Bar on Monday. I was never given a modification, only offered a forebearance or short- sale, they knew up-front the HAMP req'ts why do they tell us we are qualified only for the lender to say not qualified? because they will tell you anything they want so you give them $2500. This must be stopped, I want my money back and want them to stop preying on homeowners in trouble. I am the sole provider of my household, my husband has no income and I support he, my 16yr old son and myself and need every penny I earn and they just robbed me! Do NOT do business with them, they are not legitimate and they are not on your side, they only want your money.

I also have had simular happen to me with this company. After not contacting me after several weeks of me leaving voice mails, I finally got thru to them. My concern was payments and wanting to know the status of my property. After I asked for a refund, they stated that they did not want to see me lose my home. My case was forwarded to another negotiator who called me back within 3 days only to tell me that the bank would not accept a loan mod on an investment property. I again asked for my money to be returned and was again told we are giving your file to one of our top negotiators who has experience in these cases. After being told that a loan mod was not possible on an investment property, this negotiator wanted me to send anything that would show I lived on the property, to falsely show the lender I was intitled to the loan mod. After 3 months, they come up with an excuse that my file was delinquent. I had sent them a personal check for a payment (as they had stopped drafting funds out of the account I gave them permission to) and never received a receipt or a payment agreement form from them. When I asked if they had sent any notices to me regarding payment and they said they did and when I asked for the address, it was for the investment property not my residential property. Needless to say, I told them I never received it and was calling in regard to that. They stated that they had sent emails and were going to look them up and get back to me and never did. They had my phone number, the address on my check that I sent them and my email addressj, they could have contacted if they wanted to. They now claim my case is closed and I'm now faced to short sell the property. I personally am not thru with these jerks and am doing my part in sharing my experience. If enough of us band together, we can bring this guy to justice.
