Everything that has been stated about this "law firm" is 100% true. People can choose to believe it or not. Their record on settling clients debt is very poor. At BEST, only 10-20% of their clients have their debts "settled" and that does not even mean that Herb Davis accord and satisfaction tactic worked. MANY if not all of the judges who preside over the clients suits by creditors see this entire method as a scam at best and downright laughable offense to the court at worst. A VERY similar company was sued by the California Attorney General's office. Under California law, an attorney like Herb Davis must tell his clients BEFORE taking any fees from them that he is working with a disbarred lawyer. Herb Davis failed to do that. Another attorney who works for them also violated Cal Bar laws by coaching clients on how to respond to lawsuits (practicing law out of the state he she is licensed in. (E-mails from their "firm"now have disclaimers on them, however, earlier e-mails did NOT and they have been kept and preserved by many clients for future legal action)
This is just a small list of illegal activity that this firm has engaged in. There is much more information but do to impending legal action, I cannot speak of them publicly.
ANYONE who has paid this company any money at all should contact the following authorities and file complaints. A case is brewing and this company will earn it's just rewards.
