Lazyboy La-z-boy Furniture poor customer service. no one cares. Chico California
lazyboy used to be a company that belived in quality prducts and good customer service, but not any more.
my wifes grandmother bought a chair for her husband with the vibrator and heaters in his. they had to have it fixed under warintee. the store picked it up. 8 weeks later they called to find out what is going on and they hadnt even sent it out of the store. it was still siting there. they gave her a loaner but after arguing with them and after rude comments from the worker at the store. this has been going on so long that her husband died and no longer need the chair.
i emailed corp office and all they say is to contact the store after i told them the store was not doing anything. i know i will never buy there product again and i if you care about your time you wont either. this had been going on longer then 6 months. lazyboy needs to clean up there act or close there doors. it is ovious to me that customers arnt number 1 and i doubt number 2 or 3, more like customer? do they matter......
avoid lazy boy and especialy the store in chico california.
