After watching  advertising concerning this product I went online to order and read the trial peroid and followed it. I rec my product in 10 days 4/6/2010 after ordering so I cancelled the same day, over the phone they charged me a fee of $19.41 and I didnot have to return the product, unaware that on 4/9/2011 they still charged me a fee of $79.99 and again on 5/28/2010 they charged me an additional 79.99. I try to reach them this past saturday the 6/4/2010 and the phone would ring then you will hold for about 15 minutes then hang up. I went thru this cycle for about 8 times. so I gave up and filed a dispute with my credit card company. for unauthorized charges. I attemped to call leanspa again today and I held for about 40 minutes and I did speak to someone that goes by the title of Ben. Ben told me he would only reverse one charge when he rec the product back now mind you I had cancelled and paid a fee for the productsand so I paid a total of 229.29 including shipping and handling and he tell me there onl reversing one charge . I requested to speak to a manager and he gtold me there only going to tel you the same thing I requested again he told me no one in charge was in the office at this time. do not use this company or this product.
