LeanLife PM ripoff, lie, lie, and lie again, treat customers like stupid little people under their thumb, umm, I could keep going, but you get my point. Draper Utah
Wow, where do I start... I'm glad I found this site to show to my lawyer. I keep records and voice recordings of everthing I do over the internet if I'm using a credit card. I cancelled 5 mins after I ordered the free trial, it was kinda on accident.
So I thought nothing of calling and cancelling since it had only been 5 mins or so. And to my surprise, "the Guy" (names are for my lawyer) who answered told me I could not cancel before 2 weeks was up!!!!!!! I asked about the policy of autoship after 2 weeks and "he" assured me that it was ok.
So I waited and couldn't wait any longer... called again the very next day (1 day after ordering) and was told the same exact thing. so I called after my 2 weeks and surprise, surprise.... couldn't reach anyone. sent emails and messages and nothing.
So, "Mr. LL-Rip off...." another consumer who can't read????? I think not, and is that how you treat all customers? Nice... how curtious. Did you really think that you could get away with it? Not when good lawyers are involved and it won't be just my $200 you'll be refunding... last chance... the cc is under Kevin ****, and I was the customer, Jennifer ****.
I will try to be fair this last time as instructed by my lawyer, he said to let you know I'm for real once more before we go ahead with the suit... which, believe me... I won't be the only one against you, I'm sure that shouldn't surprise you after reading everyone else's complaints.
I refuse to have my fiancee close his credit card cause of my wrongfull trust, So, you choose... it's $200 or a very ugly, way more expensive downfall. Should be an easy decision. Thank you, and have a nice day.
